1960s, a ship moored in the oil port of the industrial area known as Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. Developed by the Arabian American Oil Company (Aramco) after the discovery of nearby oil in the 1930s, it grew to become a major Persian Gulf terminal of pipelines and artificial docks to accomodate large oil tankers.
